The concern for authenticity is part of our genetic code. The constant dialogue with farmers, to direct them towards sustainable farming practices that are respectful of the ecosystem, oil fertility, non-renewable resources and biodiversity, makes us protagonists along the entire production chain.
Food safety is the most important point on which the activity of Cereal Docks Group Lab focuses. This Lab is a center of excellence for quality, food safety and innovation and includes five different laboratories: chemical-physical, microbiological, R&D, molecular biology and organic / inorganic contaminants. The structure of over 400 square meters, is located in Camisano Vicentino, a few steps away from the factory in via Ca’ Marzare and concentrates the quality control and quality assurance functions of the group.
Within the Group Lab, we oversee the specific area of ingredients, carrying out continuous quality checks and analysis of our products. The laboratory staff is a multidisciplinary team that interfaces and actively collaborates with the Research & Development team.
